Secrets of my Soul
Marina Lomakina is an intuitive artist based in Sydney. Her exhibition, Secrets of my Soul (2016-18) extracts images from her subconscious mind. The work features patterns and simple line drawings of various images such as animals, faces, and figures. Overall, Marina aims to brighten her viewers' world by using rich and vibrant colours to capture the audience's imagination.

Secrets of my Soul (2016-18) is a series of work that comes from my subconscious. When I create work, I never prepare beforehand. Consequently, each work is solely affected by my inner feelings and mood. My colour palette uses bright colours as I believe it adds beauty to this world. If my art puts a smile on a viewers' face, then this is my reward.
